Each FORM capsule contains hundreds of microbeads made from SWELL® an advanced polyacrylic acid hydrogel (water based gel polymer) that can absorb up to 1,000 times its weight in water.

FORM is designed to reduce the hunger associated with weight loss regimens by controlling meal portions by partially filling the stomach before meals, thus reducing the urge to overeat.

FORM is a safe, non-invasive option to costly, dangerous procedures such as gastric bypass or gastric banding which also stimulate weight loss through portion control. Weight management should be simple without harmful side effects or surgery.

DIRECTIONS:

Take 1-2 capsules with 8-12 oz. of purified water 30-40 min. before eating.

Within minutes you will notice that your irrational hunger has subsided and you can make a conscious choice to eat a smaller portion. You will also notice that you have a feeling of satiety much sooner and are able to stop eating after a healthy portion without feeling frustrated or deprived.

A TIP from FIT&FAB : FORM works best taken with purified water at room temperature as opposed to tap or filtered water. Water having been purified by a reverse osmosis process (such as Aquafina bottled water) seems to absorb fastest and most efficiently allowing the SWELL® microbeads to fill to their capacity giving you a fuller feeling faster.

How do you know if taking 1 or 2
capsules is right for you?

Every person is different. You will need to see what works best for you. If you don’t have a sense of fullness after your meal from using one capsule with 8 oz. of water, next time try 2 or try increasing your water to 12 oz. With a little practice you will discover the best method for your body to achieve the maximum results.

What is FORM™?

FORM is a patent-pending, FDA registered Carbomer Homopolymer.

Carbomer is a trade name that identifies the series of cross-linked polyacrylic acid hydrogels. Carbomers have been in wide commercial use for decades. They are non-toxic, not absorbed and are labeled: “Generally Recognized As Safe” (GRAS).

Many of these polymers are used as fillers in pharmaceuticals and as a thickening agent in foods. Some examples most are familiar with include gelatin, pectin, soups, sauces and salad dressings.

Can FORM clog up my system?

-NO-

The SWELL microbeads have an extremely slippery surface. Particles do not stick to one another and do not adhere to the mucous membranes or linings of the G.I. tract. Fully expanded, each microbead is about the size of a small grain of wheat; allowing it to easily and gently move through the GI tract without clumping or sticking to anything.

There is no bloating, cramping, gas, diarrhea or constipation…although regularity is common.

Will FORM affect medications I take and is it associated with other health issues?

-NO-

FORM is entirely bio-inert which means the body has no reaction, negative or positive to it, it is simply “there” as a space filler. It DOES NOT absorb nutrients, vitamins, medications or other beneficial compounds that our bodies need.

Does FORM have any side effects?

-NO-

FORM is not known to promote any medical side effects. It has no nutritional value. It does not contain ephedrine, or any other chemical or stimulant. It promotes bowel regularity but is not a laxative. It does not interfere with metabolism, digestion or blood sugar levels.
