I am the worst dieter ever! I have never lasted more than 2 weeks on any diet! I have never experienced significant weight loss and had resigned myself to being fat forever! With most diets after feeling hungry and frustrated all the time, I begin to feel like a failure because I just don’t have the will power to stick with it long enough to lose the weight let alone keep it off!

As a work at home mother of 3, I have access to food anytime I want and I LOVE food. There are 16 fast food establishments within a ¼ mile of my house! My meal planning technique usually consists of what is quickest and sounds good! O3World’s FORM & FIXX have changed everything! I have struggled with weight for almost 20 years. I guess you could say it’s in my genes. All of my adult family members and I are constantly, unsuccessfully battling our bulge.

One of my biggest problems has been, as a working mom, I split my time between my family and my 48-60 hour a week job. I never seem to have time or energy to exercise or plan healthy meals. Even though I get some exercise being on my feet all day at work, I am surrounded by food, soda, coffee and snacks! I really worry about the example I am setting for my children and have always wished I could find a way to be able to make the changes I need to model a healthier lifestyle and have the energy to be the fun active mom I would like my kids to have.
